Usually once a year we'll have some sort of problem. Our service is good to fix it in a timely manner though, but they don't admit fault.

I've practically never had problems with internet. My problems are with computer and browser. Just spend two days to get Youtube working again in Chrome without using incognito.

Before getting Verizon FIOS, my internet would go down every time it rained hard or if it was windy. Now that I've gotten Verizon, I have never had an internet issue.
