I've always been told that swimming is best as it involves the whole body, is low impact on joints, and can be varied as far as what you're doing. Also, just being in the water is burning extra calories.

I don't know, but I really have to do something. The elevator didn't work. I live on the 9th. My goodness. Lol met a man on the stairs who was also breathing heavily and complaining.
