How well do you know your family health history?

I thought I knew a lot about my family's health, until my dad told me some other things last summer, and wow, it's something I knew about but finally remembered.

My niece was asking about it for her doctor's forms and I gave her all the info I knew since her mom probably didn't remember any of it.
