Do you have an Instant Pot?

If yes: What do you mainly use it for?

Yes, and I really like it. I was in the mindset that I would never own one, but I got talked into by a coworker. I make a great chicken and brown rice soup, chicken and dumplings, the best 30-minute ribs ever and a fool-proof cheesecake.

I say 30-minute ribs, but you must add on "build up pressure time and release pressure time" and it all adds up to about 55 minutes and then 5 minutes sauced and under the broiler to get them looking great! But it cuts the 3 hours if you're smoking them.

I slowly find recipes for it, but I'm an old school cook and picky about how food is prepared. I don't eat to live; I live to eat.
