For many, it seems like an obvious fact that morality must come from a higher power. This stems from the belief that humans are too imperfect to define morality on their own. Even mostly good people do bad things from time to time, so how can we trust ourselves to be the creators and judges of morality? Moreover, if morals don’t come from an authority like a God or gods, then they are subject to debate. This is a big problem for those who believe that morals should be universal and unchanging.

Yet, many would point to real-world evidence that debunks these ideas. Research shows that non-religious people tend to behave just as morally as religious people, as both groups make similar moral choices. The difference is that nonreligious people often see morality as a practical matter rather than a divine one. For example, not killing or stealing is a practical way of making society more stable and easier to live in. Plus, many people have a natural sense that such acts are wrong. Quite simply, they don’t do bad things because they would feel bad about it.

Do you think that morality can exist without religion? (Why/Why Not)

Of course morals are subject for debate. Otherwise we all or at least notable majority would agree on them.
It is a fundamentalist claim to say that there is one objective morality (and it's yours).

I don't agree that morals would be a practical matter for non-religious people. You can have ethics, philosophy, world view without having a faith on a higher power. It can be argued someone does right/good because it makes themselves feel good and therefore there isn't real pure unselfishness - but then again, by same logic religious people only do good in order to get divine reward from it.

I always turn this question around: can you have moral if you follow a religious dogma? If right and wrong to you are what is told by holy books or men, do you have a conscience or moral compass of your own?

Morality can't exist without God. People who don't know Him also have a conscience. Some things are taught and human, but other things that's just your conscience in your spirit. I read that it is God inside of everyone. Only for instance Hitler or other monsters have seared their conscience. Conscience/God: Don't do that. They: shut up I do it anyway.
But human taught things are for instance: Why don't Your disciples wash their hands? That has nothing to do with God or a conscience. It's just taught behavior.

But not murdering, you don't need to hear the 10 commandments to know that's wrong.

Romans 2
14 for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, 15 who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) 16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.
