“self help” books

What widely accepted “self help” books are actually harmful or just nonsense?

Hmm I have to be honest, I've read a lot of self help books because I'm someone who believes I can always be doing better, though I have yet to read a self help book that has given me red flags. Though I do believe that it all depends on the reader and their interpretation of the book/tips. For example, the Bible, a lot of people use it as a self help book but it can be very dangerous when people misinterpret the messages behind the scripter.
