Bad Neighbor

What's the worst experience you've had with a neighbor?

We had a next door neighbor whose boyfriend would come over there late at night and talk on his cell phone outside our open window and then we heard him urinating! So gross.

The whining and threatening from the one from upstairs when the kids were younger. We were always outside. We were hardly ever here, but she always had to whine and she'd lock you up in the elevator. After I stopped being friendly and just put up my growling bitch face she left me alone. She even said sorry once and it went well again and then she started to whine and threaten about the door making a sound when you locked it, cause I had to put stuff on it to keep the cold out and then I just had enough. She also tried to get us evicted, but they ignored her. I saw her lately in the elevator and made a movement with my hand meaning I'll take the next one. I had one when I had no kids who was not 100 percent, but we were always quiet and she also complained about the other neighbour's cat's bell around his neck. That was no problem. She said I was the sweetest neighbour she ever had. But with kids I just had enough. She also never works and never goes outdide. She hasnt bothered me for a year now. Lately I saw an agressive monster neighbour on a tv program  threatening her neighbour with death for noise other neighbours made and I was like: phew mine is quite sweet actually.
