Do you ever read Yelp reviews before using a service?

Yes, I had gotten some take out fish and ordered several items. When I got home, I was missing my fried shrimp. So, I called the restaurant, and they were very rude and even accused me of trying to steal from them. O wouldn't have written a negative review for missing to include the container of shrimp, mistakes happen but it was my communications with the owner over the phone.

I do read them but take the information lightly. Some people complain about dumb stuff.
