I use an Insta Pot, 30 minutes, at high pressure. Then I remove them put BBQ sauce on them and under the broiler for three to 5 minutes. Delicious.

Put a rub on them, wrap them tightly in foil and put on a metal cookie sheet, low and slow for a few hours (depending on the weight).
