Have you ever had a bad reaction to Anesthesia?

If yes, what reaction did you experience?

I have never had a bad reaction to anesthesia. I find it interesting that I can be in a conversation with the nurses and the surgeon and the next thing I feel is movement. I'm being wheeled out of surgery and I'm a little confused thinking I'm still in the same conversation and I always have to ask am I done? They yes, I'm headed to the recovery room.

One time I did wake up on the table and spoke to my surgeon I told them that he better be doing a good job. He said he was. And then told the anesthesiologist to shut this guy up.

I have ALWAYS had a bad reaction when I come out from under anesthesia.

I've been known to throw medical staff across the recovery room (I'm 6'4", and have worked every day of my adult life), and several years ago, I broke a bed. Of course, I have no memory of these events.

A few years ago I needed to have a minor out patient surgery and I warned them ahead of time that when I start to wake up I turn into a werewolf.

The adjusted the medication and brought me out very slowly. It was fine.
