It wasn't just one thing, but I went to someone's house, and they had thousands of recorded VHS tapes. She was obsessed with recording television shows. She had five recording machines working day and night. I can't remember if there was something to her madness and which shows she recorded.
There was also a couple that had two kangaroos living with them.
