Couple times, around 20 years ago. South Park virus, among others.
Never anything basic antivirus or quick googling couldn't handle. Worst was one that made Windows system directory (system32 back then, maybe?) invisible.
I don't remember if it was the same one where I had to use DOS boot to copy explorer.exe, then go to Windows to clean the copy with antivirus and again DOS to copy the cleaned file over the infected (because it's really impossible to do anything in Windows to the file that is always used).
It's rather amazing how long I've gone without any. Maybe it's because my systems have always been so outdated. Kind of worries me, now that I finally have a Windows 11 computer...
