When I worked outside the home and in an office, I would get a lot less than I do now. Now, I get a good solid 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

My doctors want me to get about 9 hours of sleep each night. It all depends on my TSH levels if I can achieve that, but I love to sleep, so I make the attempt
