Wouldnt call it a thriving business but drawing was always my hobby and as a kid I wanted to start a shop and draw cards with congrats and such and because I'm such a business woman I wanted to sell them for 1 cent, so everyone would go to us. After high school I had no clue what to study. Had to do a test. Do you like this? Bleh. That? Bleh. I didn't like anything. Do you like drawing? Yes. So I became a cartographer and since I work for the govt you just make maps for others there who need them to make decisions and you don't have to do anything with finances. If you work for an agency you have to guess how much work it is, ask money and all that which I hate, so this is great.
