A dish? That war criminal from Yugoslavija who was in a jail in The Hague called our national dishes inhumane torture. Apple pie maybe. My ex mil is Indonesian. She started to cook when she was 4. She could easily cook for an Indonesian restaurant, but she said my apple pie was the best LOL. I helped baking apple pies when I was 5.
