contraception should always be available the moment puberty hits whether we like it or not things happen and its always best to be safe..
sex should stop being a taboo subject too i heard in countries where it is spoken about openly with adults, teen pregnancies are low

Yes. Providing them in schools can help students who want to be sexually active but don't want to buy them on their own.

And, of course, next will be clean needles so kids that want to be active shooting up hard drugs can do that safely as well.

I heard that in one school in Holland they got condoms as a present with different tastes with biology class and they were having sex in the toilets. Great idea.
