A father of 3 young men tried to comfort his sons because their mom just died. He told them he will take care of their every need to best of his ability.
So he works 12–14 hours a day, 7 days a week while still helping them with their school work and social lives.
The boys work hard in school and all want to be professionals. The father works even harder to pay their college tuition. The sons all promise they will try to repay him when they gain employment.
He says the only thing I want from each of you is to place $1,000 dollars in the bottom of my coffin when I pass. The boys now young men all become successful, one a doctor, another a banker and finally a lawyer.
The fatal day comes and the boys all in the funeral parlor promise to keep their sacred vow. The doctor walks up to his dad says a pray, gives him a kiss and places 10 new $100 bills at the bottom of the coffin , says goodbye to his brothers and leaves the funeral home.
The second brother the banker completes the same ritual but instead leaves 20, $50 bills. He says goodbye to his brother and leaves.
The third brother the lawyer also kissed his dad after a short prayer and knows the vow he made. So he immediately scoops up the 10-$100 bills & 20-$50 bills and places them in his pocket. He immediately writes a check for $3,000 and places it in the bottom of the coffin. Proving you just can’t trust those damn lawyers.
