Physical Therapy

Have you ever had physical therapy?

Did it help or was it a waste of time?

I've never had what I considered physical therapy. However, when I was in the hospital, I was sent a physical therapist to help me walk. I didn't need them, I walked enough that they couldn't help me. Lately, I have been going to what is considered physical therapy called Pulse Lavage. I think it would have been very difficult to get better without it. I can't imagine how anyone would think it's a waste of time.
