Did you become better or worse version of yourself, comparing to a year ago? What has changed?

Physically I am a worse person than two years ago which I believe has also changed me in other ways. However, I'm better than I was just a year ago as I am healing. So, my body is gaining strength and mentally I'm moving toward a positive outlook. I don't know what the outcome will be, so I really can't tell whether I will be better or worse for it all.
