Would you rather have slow but Unlimited Internet or paid but Limited Internet and why?

Slow unlimited because I bought limited internet for my son and within a day he went over it and I could pay 300 euro. Put up a poor whiny single mom act and they said aww and I didn't have to pay it but immediately changed it to unlimited. It's not fast. Too bad. I'm not gonna pay more than 50 a month for stupid internet.
