Work Shift Hours

What work shift hours do you prefer? Early mornings, afternoon, overnights?

In my youth, I preferred the overnight shift, yet I remained perpetually tired despite ample sleep. The afternoon shift was my least favorite; arriving home late meant waking up late, leaving no time before returning to work. However, I mostly worked the early morning shift. Starting early allowed me to finish by 2 PM, giving me the rest of the day. The downside was that all the bosses were present, making it challenging to accomplish tasks.
