Only when I need them. A wedding, vacation, or an event that I am going to. Then I buy a couple of shirts, basically two or three of everything even shoes, and that will last me until the next time I need clothes. I don't like to shop for clothes.

For myself almost never. Once a year or 2 years shoes, one jeans, a few t-shirts if necessary. For the kids a bunch when they need it.
