Would have been handy when a rabbit was sick and I had to stay home to force feed him with a syringe every 2 hours. That was before you could just work from home. Costed me a lot of days off.

As much as I typically lean for workers' rights, I'm saying no to this one. Pet is a luxury. Service animals are a different thing.

If you love your pet like family you should have no problem taking some of your vacation/sick days to take care of your pet.
