It would have to be some kind of strategy game, or something with a level editor to create infinitely new content myself. But I feel that anything like that is kind of cheating in this question.
Scifi sports strategy game Crush! Deluxe is a personal favorite that I'd go with if not allowed to choose anything you can easily make levels/mods/tracks to.

If I have to choose just one game, I would choose Minecraft. I have been playing this game since 2016 and this is only one game that never tires me. Before Minecraft, I was just playing mobile games like Candy Crush, Temple Run, etc. Minecraft introduced me to the whole new world of gaming.

Pro Evolution Soccer . I was addicted to that particular game that I can play for long without eating food. I stopped playing when I got into school and had a lot of assignments tp do.
