Mine is about 40 years old. There are newer sections to it and it's been remodeled a few times. The kitchen is probably the oldest part.

Flat is built in the 70s. There are still orange tiles and yellow/brown tiles.

Building turned 50 this year.

Not sure how old it is but we bought it completely refurbished off the council for £13,500 in 1983.
