Have you ever tried the egg diet? I saw it on internet and thought: oh that's a good idea.
Breakfast:
Fresh piece of fruit (grapefruit, apple or pear), 2 eggs and a cup of black coffee or green tea
Lunch:
200 grams of chicken fillet with 300 grams of broccoli
Dinner/dinner:
2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of semi-skimmed yoghurt, half a lettuce with a small dash of olive oil
Hm never mind. Sounds horrible.
