No. What foods can you eat on a low iodine diet?
I actually found a website that's kept up by a non-profit group that reaches out to manufacturers and gets letters clarifying if the salt they use is non-iodized or not. I've learned that it's cheaper to use non-iodized, so it's amazing how many foods you can eat, but always verify first...I'm not sure if I should post the link? It's LID Life Community for anyone wanting to look it up.
That site has photos posted of products you can eat...like Honey Nut Cheerios, Pringles, most Oreos, and tons more.
Foods that are banned are eggs, dairy products and anything from the sea.
