Aside the humor, if this were true...

I took a quick look at this, but don't take this as reliable information.

Sunni and Shia Muslims use the term Imam very differently. To Shia the word has much more weight, referring to figures that could be compared to Apostles and I get the impression the word is also used as title of what might be compared cardinals.

For Sunni Muslims - which Pakistanis mostly are - Imam simply means person who leads prayer, basically equivalent to a priest, although it can be a layman; essentially a preacher.

So, in a country of that size it would be very much realistic to find one ranting like that (although they might be more likely to want to wipe out Hindus than Jews).
But unfortunately anything this humorously ironic is improbable to really happen, even in an earthquake zone.
