Lycos in the 90's. And aah, GeoCities is the one I miss most. I'm surprised BBC has been that high, but I guess I've been there at the time. I've completely forgotten CNET. I'm sure I've done something related, but don't remember anything about the site. No Pornhub? I would've expected that before Xvideos, maybe even Xhamster. And I don't think Altavista ever made it on the list?
