How many hours do you sleep at night?

When I went into the office I got about 6 hours of sleep. Now, I get around 8 hours without a problem. I don't think I sleep too much or too little. I don't use an alarm; I just wake up when my body decides to open my eyes. My room is as dark as I can make it, so I don't know if it's daylight until I open my curtains.
