Not in my interview, but at the company I was at, a woman was going for a promotion and didn't prep. She just went in and said, "You know why I'm here and what I can do." And she didn't get the promotion.

Lol I only sat on my ass, nodded and got a salary scale extra for the exact same work, because we were with 2 women and a guy who did the exact same work and he thought he deserved more. He had a whole talk about how complicated our job is. Other woman and me: hm hm sure we agree. Muhahaha thanks Jon!
