Supreme Court allows cities to enforce bans on homeless people sleeping outside

So where should they go? If shelters are full and there are no available beds, are they just not supposed to sleep?

They banned that here too, all the immigrants sleeping outside in Ter Apel. City protested. They had to pay fines for them, that organization, so now they bring them to another building with the bus at night. But you can of course also just be selfish and kick them out.
