How do you handle burn out from work?

I think it depends on the issue. Do you have too much work loaded on you? Is it because the people there are rude or boring to work with? Or are you just not interested in the type of work you do?

I don't get a burnout cause I work part time and I'm not gonna do a load of extra stuff. A colleague once said that parents who don't help the school with all these volunteer things are horrible. She always volunteered. I was like: Great you do you. I don't care. I have enough to do. Bye. If my house is a mess I'm not gonna clean up classrooms. Year later she had a burnout and couldn't work for months. Didn't surprise me.
