Court ruled in favor of a transgender teenager

In a 2-1 ruling Tuesday, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Becky Pepper-Jackson, 13, a who argued that the law prevented her from running on the girls’ cross-country and track teams at her middle school.

The federal appeals court, which is based in Richmond, Virginia, concluded that the state legislation violated Title IX, a federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools or education programs that receive funding from the federal government.

Get rid of the whole difference altogether then. Let women play against men with international soccer games because you may not discriminate. Good luck. I bet the men will be proud when they win too. And why is there age discrimination? Discrimination is bad. Let them play against toddlers.

Is this an attack from men who are fed up with women always getting special treatment? In some cases I really wonder, when they don't even do effort to look female and just want to win. Maybe their ex got the kids and they're mad?

The biological differences mean that having a biological male on a team is a disadvantage to biological women. We see the news often where a biological male beats a woman in a "woman's sport". Fair? Not even close.
